Generic Induction Courses are conducted under License to the Mining Industry Skills Centre Inc. Participants who successfully complete the course receive an interim passport (valid for one month). Within a month, the Mining Industry Skills Centre will mail out the official mines passport.
Generic Induction Coal Underground Elective is a one-day program which requires the successful completion and currency of the Coal Core certification (one-day program) and covers:
